Incomplete orders will delay processing. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received and confirmed. Return Policy InfoTrends does not accept returns on products once they have been processed and delivered electronically. Discounts On occasion InfoTrends will offer discounts on large orders. Cancellation& Refund Policy Cancellations received in writing will be refunded less a processing fee up until two weeks prior to the scheduled event. Cancellations received within two weeks prior to an event will not be eligible for a refund. Events Department In the unlikely event that InfoTrends cancels a conference or event, InfoTrends is not responsible for air, hotel or other miscellaneous costs incurred by attendees.
