Group Director Charlie Corr is Group Director at InfoTrends responsible for Enterprise Document Strategy Services including Assessment & Benchmarking and Communications Leadership Consulting Services. Mr. Corr is responsible for working with operations executives at enterprise accounts in the private and public sector to optimize their document communications spending, sourcing, and delivery. He also works with in-plant service providers on multi-channel communications, technology investment planning, and sourcing management. Prior to joining InfoTrends, Corr was responsible for strategy, product management, marketing, and pricing at Mimeo, a leading web-enabled print service provider. During his tenure revenue grew 56% and Mimeo maintained a Net Promoter Score of 70, placing it in the top 5% of U.S. companies. Prior to Mimeo, he was a Group Director at InfoTrends. Preceding his original tenure at InfoTrends, Corr was responsible for operations of Harvard University Printing & Publication Services. Mr. Corr was a Doctoral candidate at the University of Massachusetts and Claremont Graduate School. He has a BA from the University of Rhode Island and served as a faculty member on the graphic arts staff at Northeastern University.
